All the ceremonies are performed by Johanne Nicoleau.  Johanne is a Banker by profession holding an MBA from the University of Phoenix and has been  notary since 2008.  She also holds a Florida Real Estate Licence and is a  member of the American Association of Wedding Officiants.  She performs all types of wedding ceremonies with class and at a reasonable fee.  In addition, she performs weddings in French and Haitian Creole. She  has resided in Florida since 1989.
